Each play costs N100 only.

You do not even need to select numbers to play Lotto Nigeria. You can simply send a command QP (for quick play) and the lottery system will automatically generate/select six numbers for you.

For example, if you decide to use Quick Play feature for Saturday Lotto Nigeria draw simply text:

S QP to 35777

To play Quick for Wednesday Lotto Nigeria draw text:

W QP to 35777 instead

Once this is successful, you will receive an SMS confirming successful play. The text will contain the auto generated numbers and your electronic ticket number. Do not delete this text message, as you will use it to redeem your price if you win.

NSL plc has also deployed portable electronic payment terminals (Ingenico i8550) to make lotto Nigeria more available for those who want the cheaper cost of terminal play. Currently you pay N50 only if you play in an NSL lottery agent’s terminal.

Ingenico i8550 POS terminals can also be used for cashless shopping. Customers with VPay or Visa cards can make secure electronic payments for goods and services purchased via the Ingenico i8550 POS terminal.

Ingenico i8550 POS terminal also support other value added services like purchase of mobile phone recharge Pins and electronic fund transfer. Mobile networks like MTN, Starcomms, glo and Celtel are currently supported.

NSL plc plans to deploy over 30,000 of these Ingenico i8550 POS terminals within 18 months.
