Tata Xenon receives power from a 3.0 litre turbocharged DICOR diesel engine capable of 85kw at 3000rpm. The engine is mated with a five-speed manual transmission system. Tata Xenon is available in 4-wheel drive 4WD and 2-wheel drive 2WD models.
Tata Xenon is equipped with side impact protection and engine immobilizer. No airbag is fitted. Also missing in Tata Xenon is ABS with EBD.
Tata Xenon is fitted with air conditioner, Sony mp3/CD system, and keyless entry. Tata Xenon also boasts of Alloy wheels, remote fuel cap release, cup holders, and fog lamps.
