Samsung Omnia 2 i8000 offers lots of improvements over Omnia 1900. Samsung Omnia 2 will offer Windows Mobile 6.1 OS Professional.
Samsung Omnia 2 will come with a larger 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED resistive touchscreen, offering a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. A next generation cubical 3D central interface is offered on Omnia 2.
Samsung Omnia 2 also offers a 5 megapixels camera with dual LED flash and support for VGA video, plus up to 16GB built-in memory for your storage which can be extended to up to 32GB. Samsung Omnia i8000 may also offer 2GB or 8GB built-in memory.
Like Samsung Omnia i900, Omnia 2 supports 3G, 3.5G, and quad band GSM with data support on EDGE, GPRS, UMTS, and HSDPA. Similarly Samsung Omnia 2 also support Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB just like Omnia i900.
