Multichoice offered DSTV Access at a very low price of ₦2,000 monthly, making at the time one of the cheapest direct to home pay TV service in Nigeria. The package boasts of over 90 channels.
However, Multichoice nolonger offer the Access package. In its place they have introduced the the DSTV Padi, which offers 45+ channels for ₦2,500 and the DSTV Yanga, which offers 85+ channels for ₦3,500.

The initial cost for getting DSTV is around ₦18,500. This will include cost of satellite dish, dish kit, and DSTV HD decoder as well a one months free subscription to DSTV Confam. You will pay for installation separately. Budget 3,000 to 10,000 Naira for installation.
After enjoying initial free one month subscription, you subscribe to any package that favours your budget.
