The TV is called borderless because there is no noticeable border between the TV screen and the bezel, as both are cast from a single shit of glass using an innovative production process and come in the same colours. LG borderless LED and LCD TV features full 1080p HD capability, great picture clarity, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, 4 HDMI, analogue/digital TV and so on. LG borderless LCD and LED TV is available in two series: the LG SL8000 LCD TV series and the LG SL9000 LED TV series.

LG uses an innovative injection compressed moulding technology and a laminating process to create a TV without a noticeable bezel. This process eliminates the boundary between the bezel and the TV screen.
LG borderless LED TV (SL9000) like the Samsung LED TV is an LED backlight LCD TV. LED backlight LCD TVs offer energy efficient operations, making them to use less energy than conventional LCD TVs. LED TVs also offers high dynamic mega contrasts 3,000,000:1, making blacks blacker and whites whiter.
