A modern Bada OS on 1.4GHz

Samsung Wave 3 features the latest iteration of the Bada OS. Bada 2.0 offers new improvements to make the OS competitive against Major Smartphone OS.

Some feature updates of the Bada 2.0 include full multi-tasking, NFC support, Text-to-Speech, Push notifications, Wi-Fi Direct, and an improved user interface. Samsung Wave 2 featured a 1GHz processor, but Wave 3 is adding more power with a 1.4GHz processor.

Display and Camera

Samsung Wave 3 comes with a massive 4.0-inch Super AMOLED, larger than the 3.7-inch display on Wave 2. The display offers 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA) resolution. It spots a 5 mega pixel camera with 720p HD recording, an LED flash, and auto fucus. Samsung Wave 3 also features a secondary VGA camera for video calling.
