Nokia 301 is a new exciting low cost feature phone from Nokia. The most exciting feature of this phone is its 3.5G support, which will bring high speed internet to a lot more people in the developing world. It also comes with a modern camera with lots of cool features, social media support, HD voice for crystal clear calls, great battery life, and is available in single-SIM and dual-SIM variants.
Fast Internet on Low Cost Hardware
At an expected price of around 13,500 Naira, Nokia 301 is probably the cheapest 3.5G mobile phone from Nokia. This means more mobile consumers in Nigeria and the rest of Africa can now enjoy faster browsing and some modern mobile services like video streaming on their mobile phone.
To Nokia, fast internet should not break your bank; this is why the Nokia 301 will come with Nokia’s cloud compression browser, the Xpress browser. The Nokia Xpress browser compresses your browser traffic by up to 90% on Nokia’s super fast servers, reducing your internet cost.
Nokia 301 comes pre-loaded with social media and instant messaging apps like Facebook, Twitter, eBuddy, and Whatsapp. It also comes with Microsoft Exchange for syncing your emails, calendar, and contacts.
Nokia 301 is a feature phone and runs the Nokia Series 40 platform on 64MB RAM. The phone also comes with 256MB user memory with support for up to 32GB microSD slot. Nokia 301 will be available in single SIM and dual-SIM variants.

Nokia 301 also comes with a self-timer that enables you to easily take photos of yourself with other people and sequential shots, which enables you take 3 to 5 shots at a time and allow you pick the perfect one.
Nokia 301 has a 2.4-inch display with 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA) resolution.
