The Hardware & Software
Just like the Tecno Q1, the Tecno N7 features a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM, which will offer a decent performance for gaming and apps. Also like the Tecno Q1, it is loaded with Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0).
Tecno N7 comes pre-loaded Facebook, Whatsapp, Opera Mini, Twitter with loads of Google Apps like GMail, Google+, Google Talk, YouTube and over 600,000 apps available for download at the Google Play Store.
Display & Camera
One exciting thing about the Tecno N7 is the massive display. With a 5.0-inch touch display, the Tecno N7 will be great for surfing the web, reading, watching videos, and gaming. However, with a resolution of 480 x 800, Tecno N7 may appear pixelated due to the low pixel density (187 ppi). So, the display may not be as brilliant and crisp as highend smartphones.
However, for the sake of comparison, Tecno N7 comes with exactly the same pixel density as the Samsung Galaxy Grand, a smartphone almost twice its price.
Tecno N7 has a rear 5 megapixels camera with flash and a 0.3 megapixels front facing camera for video calling with apps like Skype, Viber, Tango, etc.
