A Note on Google Play Edition
Because Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition does not offer Samsung’s software customisations, most of the unique software features like Smart Scroll and Smart Pause are missing. For the same reason the camera lacks some of the cool features for taking great photos found in the regular S4.
However, the Google Play Edition offers a clean Google experience with improved battery life and faster access to Android updates. For example, owners of Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition will be able to install the upcoming Android 4.3 once it becomes available, while owners of the regular Galaxy S4 may have to wait several months.
