The Hardware & Software
Tecno F7 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, just like the N7. However, the on-board RAM has been doubled to 1GB, which should offer some noticeable performance improvement. Performance is further boosted by a separate graphics processor. The Tecno Phantom comes in a sleek design (just 9.1 mm thick) and offers Android 4.1.1.
Tecno F7 comes pre-loaded with Facebook, Twitter, and Asphalt 6 game with loads of Google Apps like GMail, Google+, Google Talk, YouTube and over 600,000 apps available for download at the Google Play Store, which by the way also comes pre-installed in the device.
Display & Camera
Tecno F7 offers a way better display than the N7. Both phones are 5-inchers, but the Phamtom A packs more pixels offering a more brilliant view with a half HD resolution (720 x 1280 pixels). No glass protedtion is offered. Tecno F7 comes with an 8 megapixels camera, with LED flash. A front-facing 1.2 MP camera for videocalling is also provided.
