Jobberman, one of Nigeria’s leading careers and jobs website have released what it calls 100 Best Companies to work for in Nigeria in 2013. According to a press release by Jobberman, the list is based on a survey conducted in December 2013 with over 10,000 individuals across all professional levels participating.
Since the survey was conducted in December 2013, we believe these companies are still the best places to work in 2014. So, here we are listing the top 25 companies on Jobberman’s 2013 100 Best Companies to work for in Nigeria as the best 25 best places to work in Nigeria in 2014.

According to Jobberman over 5,000 companies were submitted and companies were ranked based on metrics like Company Culture, Salary and non-salary benefits, management integrity, staff welfare, etc.
Expectedly oil & gas companies featured prominently with the top 4 places to work in 2014 all going to the oil & gas industry. MTN is the best telecoms company to work for in 2014 finishing 5th.
Suprisingly the Federal Civil service is ranked 7th finishing ahead of the banks. GTBank is the best bank to work for in 2014 finishing 12th on the list one place ahead of the CBN.
