A Decent Android Phablet
Gionee GPad G3 features a 5.5-inch display which may impress some users, but unfortunately 854 × 480 pixels resolution might not look so brilliant. However, for the price you are buying this phone, you are getting a good deal. The viewing angles are not as good as you’d expect, however the touch is smooth and responsive.
Gionee Gpad G3 is equipped with a 5 megapixels camera with auto focus, LED flash, 720p HD video recording. The images and video recording come in decent quality producing stunning photos. The colors and contrasts are depicted very clearly without blurry effects. The phone also offers 0.3 MP front camera capable of VGA video for making Skype and video calls.
The G3 comes with Android 4.2 OS which is smooth and responsive. Under the hood sits quad-core 1.2 GHz processor and it is powered with 512 MB RAM. The multitasking is supported, though some heavy tasks suffer from slowdowns and lags. There is 4GB internal storage of which 860 MB is available for apps. Gionee GPad G3 also features microSD card slot and can house up to 32 GB storage for your convenience.
