Packaged in Samsung signature faux leather finish, Samsung Galaxy Star 2 comes with a 3.5-inch display offering 320 x 480 pixels resolution and is half an inch larger than the screen on its predecessor. It’s a portable phone measuring 107.5 x 54 x 12.4 mm, convenient for single hand usage. The 1300 mAh battery gives you hours of fun time with your new smart phone running the latest Android 4.4.2 (KitKat), and of course, you get TouchWiz interface experience.
Fitted with 1GHz single-core processor and 512MB of RAM, Samsung Galaxy Star 2 has a 4GB of user memory which you can extend by up to 32GB by simply picking up a microSD card. The camera is basic at just 2 megapixels with no flash or front camera. Like its predecessor, Samsung Galaxy Star 2 misses out on 3G connectivity, which could be a problem if you want a fast internet access.
With not much to choose from, you’ll have to pick your phone in either white or Iris Charcoal (blackish) colour. Well, that is pretty much all of Galaxy Star 2 features. It is an entry level smart phone, so you need to be modest about your expectations.
