The Design
The attractive Gionee Elife S7 has a slim, svelte profile with a thickness of just 5.5 mm. It has a metal frame and stylish look that competes well with the more expensive flagship devices in the market.
The thinness of the device was no excuse for it not to have a 3.5mm audio jack, as it is still provided on the device. Gionee Elife S7 is fashioned with aviation-type metal alloy and protected, both front and back, by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Display and Camera
Gionee provides the Elife S7 with a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display having a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and an amazing pixel density of 424ppi. The device has a 13 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and autofocus. Also on the front of the Gionee Elife S7 is a remarkable 8 megapixels camera for quality selfies, wefies, and video chats.

Gionee Elife S7 is provided with a 64-bit, octa-core MediaTek 6752 processor clocked at 1.7GHz and possessing a Freescale sensor hub, which the device maker says, causes a 20-percent drop in CPU load. Out of the box, the Elife S7 runs on Gionee’s Amigo 3.0 UI skin on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) operating system with 2GB of RAM.
