The new Surface Pro 3 with Core i7 will run on Windows 8.1 operating system out of the box, but it is eligible for free upgrade to Windows 10. This will enable users enjoy cool features of the latest Microsoft operating system, which has superb ability in seamlessly transforming hybrids from one mode to another.
