Design and Display
Compared to the original Urbane Watch, this new watch is less stylish. The LG Watch Urbane 2 appears to be designed with more emphasis on rugged usage. It sports a solid stainless steel chassis to ensure impressive protection from the elements.
Its case measures 44.5 millimetres in diameter. The smartwatch sports a circular display like its predecessor, but with improvement. The 1.38-inch display, which is based on P-OLED technology, has an impressive resolution of 480 x 480 pixels to ensure superb clarity.
The screen resolution is the highest to have been seen on a smartwatch to date.
Hardware and Software
A Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor gets things running smoothly on LG Watch Urbane (2nd Edition), with support provided by a decent 768 MB of RAM. You get 4 GB of onboard storage memory, which may be considered rather generous since this is only a watch.
The timepiece will boot Android Wear software with access to tons of applications.

The main highlight of the Watch Urbane 2 is probably its 4G LTE support, which has not been previously seen on an Android Wear smartwatch. This means you can enjoy cellular connectivity (both calls and data) even when you do not have your phone with you for one reason of the other.
With this cellular feature, you will be able to access internet even when you are out of the range of a Wi-Fi network. The second-generation Urbane Watch is not the first to support cellular connectivity; Watch Urbane LTE already did. However, that other smartwatch was powered by WebOS software.
Juice is supplied to the LG Watch Urbane 2 by a 570mAh Li-Ion battery, with its Korean maker claiming full-day use through the support of a Power Saving Mode.
