Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite, also known as Lenovo A7010, is the stripped-down version of the new and awesome Vibe X3. The smartphone shares certain similarities with the higher-end device, but slight concessions have been made in terms of processor, camera and storage.
Design and Display
Just like the main Lenovo Vibe X3, the Vibe X3 Lite features a premium design with a body made of aluminium. The phablet, which exhibits rounded corners, has a thickness of about 9 millimetres and weighs 160 grams.
It also sports a 5.5-inch IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels for an impressively high pixel density of about 401 pixels per inch. The handset promises great wide-angle viewing with your friends.
The Cameras
A level of tweaking has been done on the camera front. Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite packs a 13-megapixel rear-facing sensor by Sony, instead of the awesome 21-megapixel unit on the main Vibe X3.
However, the shooter retains features such as dual-tone, dual-LED flash and phase detection autofocus. The selfie snapper has also been downgraded from 8 megapixels to 5 megapixels, which should still make for spectacular images. Onboard storage is lower at 16 GB, but it is expandable by another 128 GB using a microSD card.
Power and Performance
Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite will have all its heavy-lifting seen to by an octa-core processor from the stable of MediaTek. The chipset is clocked at 1.3 GHz and receives backing from 2 GB of RAM for smooth multitasking.
The phablet will also boot Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the box and this should have the Chinese tech company’s Vibe UI overlaid on it. The duty of juice supply is given to a large 3400mAh battery, expected to deliver around 24 hours of talk time.
Other Features
A fingerprint scanner for extra security can be found on the back of Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite, as is the case with the main offering. Users will be able to enjoy incredibly fast downloading speeds on 4G LTE-compatible networks.
Connectivity features also include microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac with hotspot. Superb audio is covered with 1.5W Dolby Atmos speakers and Texas Instruments OPA1612 amplifiers, amongst other audio features.

Lenovo Vibe X3 is not yet available in Nigeria. When available, you can buy it at leading online stores in Nigeria. Lenovo Vibe X3 price in Nigeria is expected to range from N55,500 to N80,000 depending on your location in the country.
