The strangely-named LeTV Le 1 Pro is one of three interesting ‘Superphones’ announced by its Chinese manufacturer in 2015. Design and Display
LeTV Le 1 Pro parades a premium design with a body made of aluminium. It bears a bit of resemblance to the Apple iPhone 6. However, this phone is neither the slimmest nor the lightest we have seen at 9.4 millimetres and 177 grams respectively. The overall build quality is solid.
It comes in silver and gold colour variants. The phablet packs a 5.5-inch touchscreen with a Quad HD resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. That screen resolution translates into an amazing pixel density of almost 540 ppi, which means users should expect breathtaking content viewing experience. The display has very thin bezels to its right and left.
Camera and Storage
A 13-megapixel camera with LED flash can be found on the back of LeTV Le 1 Pro. This can be used to record stunning 4K videos. For your selfie needs, a 4-Ultrapixel snapper is supplied on the front.
You get ample onboard storage of 32 GB for keeping all your photos, apps, and files. The downside is that storage expansion is not supported. There is talk of a 64GB version being released soon, though.
Performance and OS
The term ‘Superphone’ used to describe LeTV Le 1 Pro may not be unconnected with the level of performance it is expected to deliver. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, which used to be the king of the market until LeTV unveiled the latest Snapdragon 820-equipped Le Max Pro.
The powerful CPU gets backing from abundant 4 GB of RAM. The Le 1 Pro runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, overlaid with its Chinese maker’s EUI skin. Juice is supplied by a non-removable 3000mAh battery.
Other Features
This handset is among the first on the market to come with a reversible USB Type-C port, which is more efficient and faster than regular microUSB ports.
It has dual SIM slots, both of which support 4G LTE connectivity. Bluetooth, 3G and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n are among the other connectivity features available.

LeTV le 1 Pro is not yet available in Nigeria. When available, you can buy it at leading online stores in the country. LeTV le 1 Pro Price in Nigeria is expected to range from N60,000 to N90,000 depending on your location in Nigeria.
