LG X Cam is a camera-heavy smartphone decked out to deliver better performance and richer user experience than its equally-new, dual-screen LG X Screen brother. It offers robust dual-camera system on the rear alongside an awesome selfie snapper, a Full HD display and an octa-core processor.

Design and Display

Featuring an ultra-slim design, the LG X Cam is pleasing to the eyes and comfortable to hold. The device measures 6.9 millimetres in thickness and is just 5.2mm thick at its thinnest point. It is not only thin; it is also lightweight at only 118 grams.

The front has an attractive curvy touch to it, thanks to the presence of the phone maker’s 3D Bending Glass. The X Cam packs in a 5.2-inch In-cell touch display with a Full HD resolution for better viewing quality than possible on the LG X Screen.

Camera

The major highlight of the LG X Cam can be found in its camera department. It offers a pair of 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel snappers on the rear for awesome shot-taking capability.

What is more impressive here is that this same camera setup is expected on LG’s latest G5 flagship smartphone, which will be unveiled in the next few days.

The dual-camera system is accompanied by another 8-megapixel front-facing shooter for superb wide-angle selfies.

Hardware and Software

In terms of the innards, the LG X Cam comes with a more powerful octa-core processor, compared to what the X Screen has to offer. The CPU is clocked at 1.14 GHz and has support provided to it by decent RAM of 2GB capacity.

Onboard storage memory has a capacity of 16 GB. Some concessions have obviously been made here to make possible a device that won’t cost as much as a high-end offering.

The camera-focused handset will boot latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, providing access to more exciting features and capabilities.

Juice will be supplied to the LG X Cam by a 2,520mAh battery. Users will be able to enjoy the best of mobile data speeds with 4G LTE support.

LG X Cam is not yet available in Nigeria. When available, you can buy it at leading online stores in the country. LG X Cam Price in Nigeria is expected to range from N40,000 to N60,000 depending on your location in Nigeria.
