Alcatel Pop 4S is the top-of-the-class offering among the three new devices in the Alcatel POP range, which include the Pop 4 and Pop 4+. The phablet delivers midrange specifications, including a huge Full HD display, powerful cameras and an octa-core CPU. It runs latest Android software.
Build and Display
In terms of look, nothing significant changes between the Alcatel Pop 4S and its other two brothers. It features similar plastic chassis and also comes in about 8mm thick.
While the handset has similar 5.5-inch display as the Pop 4+, it promises better viewing with a Full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The high pixel density of slightly over 400 ppi should ensure you enjoy amazing wide-angle viewing on the IPS panel.
Camera
The Pop 4S is better decked out in the camera department. It is provided with a robust 13-megapixel primary shooter with an f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash, phase detection autofocus, and electronic image stabilisation.
In other words, you have a shooter that is ready to enable seamless and awesome image capturing. This rear camera can shoot Full HD (1080p) videos at 30 frames per second. You also get a wide-angle 5-megapixel selfie snapper with LED flash.

The Alcatel Pop 4S is equipped to deliver a level of performance significantly greater than what its other POP brothers can offer. This is because it is armed with an octa-core MediaTek MT6755M Helio P10 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz.
The powerful 64-bit CPU is backed by acceptable 2 GB of RAM. Onboard storage capacity is 16 GB and this can be expanded by another 64 GB using a microSD card. The phablet also runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
