Tecno Phantom 6 is the 2016 refresh of Tecno’s top of the line Phantom Series. It is slightly slimmer with largely the same specs as 2015’s model (Tecno Phantom 5). The major differentiation of the Tecno Phantom 6 is that the software has been refreshed to Android 6.0 with a more powerful processor. The Design
The Tecno Phantom 6 is launching with a totally new design compared to its predecessor. It is slimmer, measuring just 6.15mm with a gorgeous metal design. So far we can confirm a gold and a grey coloured model, but we expect other colours to also be available.
The Display and Camera
On paper, the Tecno Phantom 6 is offering the same display as the Phantom 5. You are still getting the same 5.5-inch AMOLED display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. Note however that though the specs seems similar, actual experience may be different, but we will actually have to use both to tell the difference.
The Phantom 5 was celebrated for its camera, so it is no surprise that Tecno wants its successor to do better. To achieve this the company is betting on a 13 megapixels Sony IMX 258 sensor for the Tecno Phantom 6.
The Sony sensor is matched with a 5 megapixels sensor from Samsung to create a dual-camera setup. The dual camera and its dual-LED flash are located on the back of the Tecno Phantom 6. The front facing camera still remains at 8 megapixels with its LED flash and possibly the autofocus.

Hardware and Software
Tecno Phantom 6 runs Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) on a Mediatek chipset offering a 2.0GHz octa-core processor. The Android phablet offers 3GB of RAM with 32GB of built-in storage. If you want more storage, the Tecno Phantom 6 supports up to 128GB microSD card.
The loudspeakers are located on the bottom of the phone, sandwiching the new USB Type C port. The Android smartphone also supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
Tecno Phantom 6 offers a non-removable 2700 mAh Li-Po battery.

Tecno Phantom 6 is now available in Nigeria and Kenya, but is still being expected in Ghana. You can buy the Android phone at leading online stores in Nigeria and Kenya. Tecno Phantom 6 price in Nigeria ranges from 64,990 Naira to 120,000 Naira.
