Display and Camera
Huawei P10 Plus offers the same uni-body metal design of the P10. It also offer the same colour options of Ceramic White, Dazzling Blue, Dazzling Gold, Graphite Black, Mystic Silver, Rose Gold, Greenery.
Huawei P10 Plus however comes with a bigger display. The 5.5-inch IPS display has 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, which should be crisp at 540ppi.
The cameras are the same. On the back you have Leica dual camera offering a 12 megapixels colour camera and 20 megapixels monochrome camera and on the front the Huawei P10 Plus sports an 8 megapixels camera with autofocus.
The rear camera supports Optical Image Stabilisation, Laser and Phase Detection Autofocus, and improved low light performance.
Hardware and Software
Huawei P10 Plus runs Android 7.0 on the Huawei Kirin 960 chipset. This is the same chipset found in the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, the P10, and the Mate 9. Depending on the model, the Huawei P10 Plus offers 4GB or 6GB RAM. Internal storage options include 64GB and 128GB, though the Huawei P10 Plus model VKY-AL00, which seems to be exclusive to China will also offer a 256GB built-in storage option.
The models VKY-L09 and VKY-L29 will be going to the rest of the world. Huawei P10 Plus supports 4G LTE on all networks in Nigeria including MTN, Glo, Etisalat, NTel, InterC, and Smile. The Android phablet also supports NFC, USB Type C, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and offers an Infrared blaster.
Pricing and availability
Huawei P10 Plus is not yet available in Nigeria, it is expected to begin its global launch in March starting at a price of 699 Euros. We currently have no data on pricing and availability for Nigeria, Ghana, or Kenya. When available, Huawei P10 Plus Price in Nigeria is expected to range from 275,000 Naira to 390,000 Naira at launch.
