There was really no fuss around the Vivo Y71 and the Vivo Y71i follows in the same pattern. Only now, it has trimmed down features and is like a Lite version. Design and Display
Now, pertaining to how the smartphone looks, there is a sturdy clean budget design on the Vivo Y71i. It has a well polished smooth back and feels soothing to the touch. There is a black finish as well as a gold finish too all having a decent 7.8mm thickness. It features the traditional bezel style, however, there’s a measure of bezel reduction seen here especially at the side.
Visuals are not really that strong despite being of a fairly large size. Going up to 6.0-inch in size the resolution is only at 1440 x 720 pixels and of course, it is LCD. In its defence, the Vivo Y71i is a budget smartphone and most of its peers are very much the same.
