LG Q52 Specs, Price, and Best Deals

LG Q52 is a new device announced in its home country South Korea and it comes with some interesting features such as a 48-megapixel quad-camera setup, and a decent battery.

Design and Display

Checking out the phone’s body design, it looks portable and at the same time big. The sleek panel gives it a nice touch as well. The panel looks smooth without much writing except for the Logo and cameras setup.

The fingerprint reader has been moved to the side which seems to be the norm these days. Overall, the LG Q52 measures 165 x 76.7 x 8.4 mm and 186 grams.

The affordable android phone is built to be rugged which in many cases will improve its durability. On the front side, it comes with a full and large display size of 6.6 inches under the IPS LCD panel. The screen offers a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and 266 PPI density.

Cameras

The main camera on the device is 48-megapixel with f/1.8 aperture, joined by an 8-megapixel wide shooter, there is also another snapper of a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2 MP depth sensor.

The camera comes with some of the regular features such as Dual-LED flash, panorama, HDR and it can record up to 1080P videos. The front camera is 16 MP which will surely perform well in terms of video calls and selfies.

Hardware and Software

Ensuring that users get a fair of what they paid for is a Mediatek MT6765 Helio P35 chipset. The chipset is popular mostly on budget phones. It’s built based on a 12nm process node with an octa-core processor clocking at a speed of 2.3 GHz.

The LG Q52 has a PowerVR GE8320 graphics card to take care of gaming and runs on Android 10 OS. The internal storage on the device is available in 64GB and 4GB RAM.

This is not much or something to boast about but will runs apps and 3D games smoothly. You can also extend the inbuilt memory up to 128GB via a micro SDcard.

Battery and Network Connectivity

The LG Q52 has a battery of a capacity of 4000 mAh but without fast charging. This does not mean it will take many hours for the device to charge.

You can always power it using the USB Type-C 3.1 cable which will also be useful in file transfer. The handset comes with dual SIMs support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB-C, and most importantly 3.5mm audio jack.

LG Q52 Price and Availability

The LG Q52 is quite affordable selling for $299 and it will ship in premium colors such as Silky White and Silky Red color editions.

For now, we can’t tell if the device will ship outside South Korea. In Nigeria, it’s expected to cost around 120,000 Naira, about 1,900 GHs in Ghana, and 35,000 Ksh in Kenya.
