Design and Display
If having a fresh design is one of the most important factors you look out for when considering a more premium variant of a smartphone, then you should probably look else where.
The LG W30 Plus bears the same chassis design as seen on the standard LG W30. They are simply identical.
On the rear, we have vertical camera module housing three cameras. Directly below the camera module is an LED flash. You will also find a capacitive fingerprint sensor and the LG branding on the rear, which indicates its an LG smartphone.
Moving upfront, we will find a 6.26 inch display as opposed to the 6.52 inch IPS LCD display on the standard LG W31 plus. This display. This display has a drop notch that is housing a front facing camera.
The Cameras
As mentioned in the introductory paragraph, the main upgrade lies in the cameras. The cameras are the major reason you may want to upgrade.
On the rear, we have got a 13MP wide angle camera, a 12MP low light camera bearing a Sony IMX486 sensor and a 2MP depth camera for bokeh effect.
This goes to show that we now have a higher ultrawide camera as opposed to the 5MP ultrawide camera on the standard LG W31.
