Design and Display
Enthusiasts who were familiar with the design on the last year’s rendition of the Umidigi A9 Pro will be getting a very familiar design, Umidigi pretty much didn’t change anything, except for the colour options available.
The rear panel retains the subtle gradient pattern we saw last year, on which you will find a quad-camera setup, a capacitive fingerprint sensor, and the Umidigi branding, which indicates it’s an Umidigi smartphone.
Upfront, we have yet again another reminisced setup. Here we find a 6.3 inches IPS LCD display with a drop notch. The highlights of this display include a resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a density of approximately 403 PPI.
Enthusiasts that have it in mind to purchase this smartphone, will have dual colour options that include Forest green and Onyx black, as opposed to Ocean Blue and Cosmic Black.

The Cameras

On the performance side, we have got the same MediaTek Helio P60 processor for last year, however, we have got 8GB of RAM, as opposed to the 4GB / 6GB RAM model on its previous model.
The other performance facilitators are pretty much the same as seen on last year’s model. Onboard is the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 128GB internal storage, and a non-removable 4150mAh battery.
On the software side, the Umidigi A9 pro 2021 runs its interface on top of the Android 10 operating system.
