Design and Display
In terms of body design, the iTel S17 comes in a slim design with a 2.5D curved body that is available in fashion colors. The handset is built with plastic and it has splash and dust resistance.
On the front, it packs a 6.6 inches IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, 20:9 ratio, and 272 PPI density. The screen reaches an 81.2% screen-to-body ratio and it’s covered with a Scratch Resistant Glass.
Cameras
As for the camera setup, the iTel S17 is equipped with a triple rear camera consisting of an 8MP primary lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 0.3MP AI camera lens. It has a selfies camera of 8 MP with a Face ID.
The front camera will capture amazing selfies while the main camera will shoot 720p videos quality and it’s paired with an LED flash for brighter photos.
Hardware and Software
The iTel S17 is powered by Spreadtrum UNISOC SC7731E chipset with a quad-core processor clocking at a speed of 1.3GHz. It has Mali T820 MP1 graphics cards and runs on Android 11 OS based on Go Edtion.
The inbuilt memory is 16GB with 1GB RAM. There is a microSD card slot for additional storage up to 64GB. The phone comes with an intelligent optimization called i-boost 1.0 which works to optimize the mobile operating system and also reduce application switches which in effect will increase the device performance and stability.
Battery and Network
The iTel S17 top selling point is the massive 5000 mAh battery. The juicer comes with a standard charging speed and the company claim it will last for 30 hours on calls and 70 hours on entertainment.
There is dual SIMs support with a 4G LTE network. Other features on the device include a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back for security, GPS, FM radio, and micro USB cable.
The phone comes with a Dual Unlock that protects your data and prevent anybody from accessing your information.

The iTel S17 is now available in Nigeria for 45,000 Naira ($110). In Ghana, the phone will sell for 665 Ghs and 12,500 Ksh in Kenya.
