Design and Display
The Tecno Pop 5x comes in a stylish plastic body available in Cosmic Shine, Crystal Blue, and Dazzle Black. The three rear cameras are aligned vertically on a bump with the LED flash. You also get a fingerprint sensor on the back.
The cheap android phone sports a 6.52-inch IPS display with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. The front is covered in glass with a dewdrop notch provided fro the selfie camera.
Cameras
Tecno Pop 5x features three cameras on the back consisting of an 8 megapixels lens and two QVGA lenses. The camera is supported with an LED flash for shooting in low light.
A 5 megapixels camera is provided on the front for taking selfies and for face unlock.
Hardware and Software
Tecno Pop 5x is powered by a Unisoc SC9832E chipset that has a quad-core processor clocking at a speed of 1.4GHz. This seems to be the same processor on the Pop 5s. The processor is paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage expandable by up to 64 GB via microSD card.
The Tecno Pop 5x runs on Android 10 (Go Edition). It offers a decent 4000 mAh battery.
Connectivity
The smartphone packs dual-SIM with 4G LTE support. You also get microUSB (USB 2.0) with USB on the Go, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi.
