Design and Display
Samsung Galaxy A13 5G comes in an all plastic body available in black. The front is covered in Glass with a V-notch for the front camera. The three rear cameras are aligned vertically.
Samsung Galaxy A13 5G features a 6.5-inch PLS display with a 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. This is similar to the Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A12 Nacho as well as the Galaxy A03, Galaxy A03s, and Galaxy A03 Core.
This however, is below the 4G Galaxy A13 which offers a resolution of 1080 x 2048 pixels. That said the display is still great for watching movies and browsing the web. This Samsung phone also features a side mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Cameras
Samsung Galaxy A13 5G feature a triple-camera setup on the back. You get a 50 megapixels wide-angle primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8 and phase detection autofocus (PDAF).
The camera is supported by a 2 megapixels macro camera an f2.4 aperture, and a 2 megapixels depth camera with an f/2.4 aperture. A wide-angle camera is missing in the setup. This means that the 4G model has a better camera overall.
In the front, you get an 8 megapixels wide-angle selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2. Both cameras can handle full HD video recording.

Samsung Galaxy A13 5G runs Android 11 on a MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 (7 nm) Octa-core chipset. The CPU is built on a dual-cluster architecture consisting of a dual-core Cortex A76 and a hexa-core Cortex A55 clocked at 2.2GHz and 2.0GHz respectively. Graphics is handled by a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
