Design and Display
Tecno Camon 19 Neo features a plastic body available in Eco Black, Ice Mirror, Dreamland Green. It features a similar rear camera design and placement that won the iF Design Award 2022 for the Tecno Camon 19 series with the dual-ring, triple camera setup.
However, unlike the rest of the Camon 19 Series including the exclusive Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian where the cameras in the dual camera ring are horizontally aligned, they are vertically aligned in the Neo.
Tecno Camon 19 Neo features a 6.8-inch IPS display with 1080 x 2460 pixels resolution.
Cameras
On the back, the Tecno Camon 19 Neo has a 48 megapixel triple camera with f/1.79 aperture and Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF). This is a less prestigious camera compared to the offerings available in the vanilla and Pro series.
This Camon phone features a 32 megapixel camera for taking selfies. Both the front and rear cameras support full HD recording.
Hardware and Software
Just like the standard edition as well as the Camon 18T and Camon 18i, the Tecno Camon 19 Neo runs Android 12 with HIOS 8.6 on a MediaTek Helio G85 (12nm) octa-core processor. Graphics processing is handled by a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. Same as the Pova Neo 2.
The android phone is available with 6GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage. You still get a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging capacity.
Connectivity
The Tecno Camon 19 Neo features a USB type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth and WiFi. You also get 4G connectivity.
