Design

Oppo A17k comes with an eye-catching design that seems to leave a longer impression at first glance. The android phone has a plastic body with a glossy finish, which gives it a premium feel. It has a relatively thin and light, measuring 164.82 x 76.05 x 9.52mm and weighing just 189g. The plastic frame and back cover, helps keep the weight down and makes it easy to hold and use with one hand.

The front of the phone with a large 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. This Oppo phone has a waterdrop notch design, which houses the front-facing camera, and thin bezels on the top and sides of the screen, which provides a larger screen-to-body ratio.

On the back of the phone, you will find a gradient design that gives it a premium look and feel. The camera module is located in the top left corner to hold the single rear camera and flash light. Additionally, there is the Oppo logo at the bottom right side corner of this phone.

In terms of color accuracy and vibrancy, the display on the Oppo A17k performs well for a budget phone. Colors are reasonably accurate and vibrant, and the display has decent contrast levels, making it suitable for watching videos and browsing photos.

The display is also quite bright, thanks to the 600 nits (HBM) making it easy to use the phone in bright sunlight. However, the viewing angles on the display are somewhat limited, and there is a noticeable drop in color accuracy and brightness when viewing the display from an angle.

It shares the same processor as the Infinix Hot 11 Play and the Oppo A17. In terms of graphics, the Helio G35 comes with the PowerVR GE8320 GPU, which is suitable for basic gaming and multimedia tasks

The android phone also comes with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. Additionally, this phone supports 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.3, and GPS. It also has a microUSB port for charging and data transfer.
