Design and Display

Like most entry level smartphone, the Xiaomi Redmi A1 Plus design is simple with no element of surprise or unnecessary embellishments. Similarly, apart from the addition of a rear-mounted fingerprint reader on the Redmi A1+, there are no discernible differences between its design and that of the regular Redmi A1.
