Design
Similar to the other Umidigi G-series Tabs, the UMIDIGI G1 Tab has a simple and functional design. It is made of durable materials and feels solid in the hand. However, it is not as premium-looking as some of its competitors. It is available in two colors: black and blue.
The tablet measures 244.8mm in height, 162.2mm in width and 9.3mm in thickness while weighing just 520g. Therefore, it is quite hefty but fits perfectly in hand.
The front of the tablet is dominated by the 10.1-inch HD+ display, which offers a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It has slim bezels and a screen-to-body ratio of approximately 80% maximize the viewing area, immersing users in their content.
The UMIDIGI G1 Tab display has bezels around the display are relatively thin. The top bezel of the display houses the front-facing camera. Meanwhile, the back of the tablet is plain, with just the UMIDIGI logo in the center and the camera module located in the top left corner.
