The ZTE Open 2 is a comfortable device that has a smooth and compact design. Its wide bezels give it a remarkably deep chin, which is highlighted by a single, circular home button.
ZTE Open 2 features a 3.5-inch TFT Touch display with 320 x 480 pixels resolution. However, it isn’t the crispiest touch screen among the other handsets, even for a low-budget handset, nor is it the most sensitive.
Overall the screen is responsive which enables you type or perform some other actions without any difficulty. ZTE Open 2 runs the latest Firefox 1.3 OS and offers fast 3G networks to its users. The interface of the phone can seem a bit strange especially for those using Android previously.
Powered with 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 256 MB of RAM, ZTE Open 2 is not built for power. The phone supports microSD card which can store files up to 32 GB. The ZTE Open 2 comes with a 2 megapixels fixed focus camera, which produces average quality images.
