The last time we saw a Pova series phone was the Tecno Pova 2, which was launched in June 2021. However, this Tecno phone is not a replacement or upgrade for the Pova 2 as it is more of an entry level phone. If you are looking for an upgrade, you go for the Pova 5G, at least it adds 5G connectivity with some improvement in performance.

Design and Display
The Tecno Pova Neo features an all plastic body. The front is covered with glass protection with a dewdrop notch for the selfie camera. There are also two LED flash flanking the front camera on both sides.
The android phone sports a massive 6.8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels. A fingerprint sensor is located on the back for security.
Cameras
Tecno Pova Neo features two cameras on the back. The main camera, a 13 megapixels sensor with wide-angle lens and autofocus combines with a 2 megapixels camera to deliver good photography for capturing those memorable occasions. The camera also supports HDR and Panorama and sports quad-LED flash.
An 8 megapixels camera is provided in the front. The selfie camera sports dual-LED flash and supports HDR. Both the front and rear cameras can handle full HD video recording.
Hardware and Software
Tecno Pova Neo LE6 runs Android 11 with HiOS 7.6 on a MediaTek Helio G25 (12 nm) octa-core processor. The processor has two clusters consisting of two quad-core Cortex-A55 clocked at up to 2.0GHz and up to 1.5GHz respectively.
You have two variants, one offering 4GB with 64GB built-in storage and the other offering 6GB RAM with 128GB built-in storage. You also get a dedicated slot for memory card enabling you add up to128GB additional storage.
Like all Pova series phones, the most outstanding feature of the Pova Neo is the massive battery. The 6000 mAh built-in battery promises to deliver enough juice for a full day of normal use. Tecno boasts the smartphone can handle up to 17 hours of gaming, up to 20 hours of watching movies, and up to 15 hours of browsing the internet.
This is lower the the 7000 mAh battery available in the predecessor, the Tecno Pova Neo 2. With support for 18W fast charging capacity, you can charge up the phone fast so you don’t have to miss a lot.
