The Design and Display
You get two camera rings that makes it look like it has two cameras, but on closer observation you will notice that one of the rings houses two cameras. So, you get three rear cameras in total.
This is similar to the rear camera design of the Tecno Spark 9 Pro as well as the other 2022 Tecno Camon series like the Camon 19, Camon 19 Pro 5G, and Camon 19 Neo.
The Camon 19 Pro sports a 6.8-inch IPS display offers a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. You also get 120Hz refresh rate on this device making it great for watching movies, gaming , and browsing the web. The display also reduces blue light for a more comfortable viewing experience. This earned it a TuV Rheinland certification.
Cameras
Tecno Camon 19 Pro features exactly the same camera as the 5G model with improvements in low light photography. The main camera is a 64 megapixels RGBW sensor from Samsung with an f/1.6 aperture. The camera also features phase detection autofocus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), and Laser autofocus.
Assisting the primary camera is 50 megapixel telephoto lens with 2x Optical zoom and a 2 megapixel depth lens. A 32 megapixel front facing camera is provided for taking selfies. Both cameras can record full HD videos.
Hardware and Software
Tecno Camon 19 Pro runs Android 12 with HIOS 8.6 on a MediaTek MT6781 Helio G96 (12nm) octa-core processor. Graphics processing is handled by a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. This is the same processor in the special edition Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian as well as smartphones like the Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro, the Infinix Note 12 VIP, the Note 12 G96, and Note 12 Turbo.
You can pick from two options, one offering 8GB RAM with 128GB built-in storage and the other offering 8GB RAM with 256GB built-in storage. With Memory Fusion, you can add up to 5GB virtual RAM for a smoother experience.
It has 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging capacity that can fully charge the battery in 65 minutes.
Connectivity
The Tecno phone features a USB type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth and WiFi. This model does not support 5G. You only get 4G connectivity.
