Design, Display, and Camera
The design is a bit similar to the Tecno Spark 9 Pro. On the back you get the same dual ring, triple camera setup we saw in the 9 Pro as well as the Tecno Camon 19, the Camon 19 Neo, the Camon 19 Pro,and the Camon 19 Pro 5G.
In the front a dot notch is provided for the front camera, which is different from the V-notch provided in the 9 Pro.
Tecno Spark 9T sports a 6.6-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1614 pixels. The display has a refresh rate of 90Hz.
For photography, the Tecno Spark 9T has three cameras on the back. A 13 megapixels wide-angle main camera supported by a 2 megapixel depth camera and a QVGA camera.
The selfie camera seems like the same one on the Spark 9 Pro. The 32 megapixel wide-angle camera is quite impressive and records full HD videos.
Hardware and Software
Tecno Spark 9T is powered by a Mediatek MT6765V/CB Helio G37 (12nm) chipset. The chipset offers an octa-core processor consisting two quad-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 2.3GHz and 1.8GHz respectively. A PowerVR GE8320 GPU is provided for graphics.
This Tecno phone comes with 4GB RAM with an option of 64GB or 128GB built-in storage. Memory Fusion is baked in allowing you to add 2GB virtual RAM to improve performance. A 5000 mAh battery is provided. Tecno Spark 9T comes with Android 12 out of the box.
