Though the Tecno S9 and the Phantom Pad Mini offer 7-inch displays, the S9 comes with less pixels, which means that the mini has a superior display. Tecno S9 features a 600 x 1024 pixels screen less than the 800 x 1280 pixels packed on the Phantom Pad Mini.
Tecno S9 runs Android 4.2 on a 1.3GHz MediaTek dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM. It sports 8GB of built-in storage with support of up to 32GB microSD memory card. Tecno S9 has a 2 megapixels camera on the back and a 0.3 megapixels camera on the front.
