Design and Display
If you are a professional who is always on the road, the HP ProBook 450 G4 might just be what you need. HP ProBook 450 G4 offers you military-level ruggedness with MIL-STD 810G certification. It features an aluminium reinforced keyboard and a pleasant asteroid silver design.
The thickness and weight start at about 24 mm and 2 kg respectively. The laptop is fitted with a large 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with a standard resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels – there is also an optional 1,080p display for sharper images.

Performance
Business laptops are expected to pack enough punch needed to drive productivity. The HP ProBook 450 G4 doesn’t appear to be lacking in that regard. It is driven by a 7th-generation Intel (Kaby Lake) processor – up to Core i7 which delivers speeds of up to 3.5 GHz with Turbo Boost technology.

But if you’d rather stick with a hard drive, you can get one with a massive capacity of up to 2 TB. HP says you can expect battery life of more than 14 hours on a unit with an SSD or up to 12 hours on one with a hard drive.
The HP ProBook 450 G4 comes with a range of business, security and manageability software, including HP BIOSphere, HP Touchpoint Manager, Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 and HP Hotkey support.
HP ProBook 450 G4 offers you a fingerprint reader, dual stereo speakers and an optional webcam. Four USB ports (including USB 3.0 and USB Type-C) and an HDMI port are part of available interfaces.
