Kia Rio is equipped with a 1.4 litre four-cylinder engine capable of delivering a maximum power of 97ps at 6000rpm. Rio’s engine may be equipped with a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic transmission system depending on trim. Kia Rio may also come with a 1.6 litre four-cylinder engine mated with either 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual transmission.
