Although featuring a plastic body you would expect to see on a cheap device like it, the Doogee HomTom HT3 is certainly not your average budget device in terms of look.

Android 5.1 (Lollipop) is the operating system of choice here and that offers great value for money in terms of capabilities and features you get to enjoy.
