The Lava P7 offers ample screen estate – for a budget device – with a unit measuring 5 inches diagonally. It is given away, however, as a cheap device by an FWVGA resolution of 480 x 854 pixels.
You should still expect decent viewing, but nothing out of the ordinary. But it is a good thing that the face is protected against scratches by Corning Gorilla Glass.
Camera
The Lava P7 offers a combo of 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Both of these snappers come with LED flash to enable you take quality images in dimly-lit settings.
The custom camera software comes with several interesting features and modes to enable great photography.
There is a Child Mode which makes it easier to take images of kids by capturing their attention with different sounds and taking a shot when the face is detected.

The smartphone will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box. What is more interesting is that this already-impressive OS version can be upgraded to the newer Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
