Design and Display
On the body, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G appears in a Mystic Bronze variant and the grey model that brings in a frosted glass design. The overall design of the device is similar to the Galaxy Z Flip that was announced around February along with the Galaxy S20 series.
It measures 167.3 x 73.6 x 7.2 mm when open and 87.4 x 73.6 x 17.3 mm when folded. It weighs 183 grams. The volume rocker and the fingerprint scanner are placed on the right spine of the device.
The SIM card slot is on the left edge. Meanwhile, the bottom edge is where the USB-C port, a microphone, and an external speaker are located.
An additional microphone can also be seen on the top edge of the clamshell phone. The Samsung branding is on the hinge of the device. Opening the flip phone reveals it’s 6.7-inch Foldable Dynamic AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2636 pixels and 425 PPI density.
The cover display shows 1.1 inch Super AMOLED with 112 x 300 pixels resolution.
